Reporting to the Director of Community Engagement and Advancement, this role will support a cohesive engagement program across three key portfolios: Alumni, the Parent Auxiliary / Friends of Westbourne Association and Philanthropy.

You will build meaningful relationships with families, alumni, volunteers, donors, staff, students and community partners, helping to foster belonging and support Westbourne’s vision of Shaping Learners Who Inspire the World.

The role includes alumni communications, CRM and database management, committee support, engagement initiatives, events, fundraising campaigns and donor stewardship. You will help grow alumni engagement, parent volunteer involvement, FOWA participation and philanthropic support.

You will bring experience in community engagement, alumni relations, advancement, fundraising, events, communications or a related field. Strong communication, relationship-building, organisational and project coordination skills are essential. Experience with volunteers, committees, CRM systems, philanthropy or donor engagement will be highly regarded.
