Securecorp is seeking an experienced and professional Retail Security Site Supervisor to lead daily security operations at a well-structured retail site located in Brisbane CBD. This full-time Monday to Friday position is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a customer-focused environment and enjoys managing a small, close-knit team.

The successful candidate will bring strong computer literacy, CCTV experience, and a solid background in retail security, with the ability to maintain high standards of professionalism, compliance, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a small team of Security Officers
• Oversee daily site security operations and service delivery
• Monitor and manage CCTV systems and incident reporting
• Build positive relationships with tenants, clients, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards
• Conduct audits, reporting, and administrative duties
• Maintain a safe, professional, and customer-focused environment
• Liaise with property management and emergency services when required

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a Security Site Supervisor or leadership role
• Strong retail security experience essential
• Experience operating and monitoring CCTV systems
• High level computer and administrative skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work autonomously and lead a team effectively
• Professional presentation and customer service focus

Qualifications Required

• Current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Controller component
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
