About The Role
BRG is seeking an experienced
ILS Manager to support logistics and sustainment activities within a complex shipbuilding and integration environment based in Osborne, SA.
This role will work closely with shipbuilders, internal program teams and external stakeholders to ensure logistics planning, supply chain coordination, Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) management and sustainment activities are delivered effectively throughout the shipbuilding lifecycle.
The position suits a senior logistics professional capable of operating autonomously while contributing to a collaborative, delivery-focused environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Support logistics and materiel support planning activities
- Coordinate GFE processes with shipbuilders and program stakeholders
- Support outfitting, allowance items and provisioning activities
- Oversee supply chain, warehousing and inventory management processes
- Support cataloguing, codification and logistics data quality activities
- Coordinate delivery and traceability of equipment into shipyard environments
- Support vessel delivery, set-to-work and trials activities
- Assist with procurement and outfitting strategies
- Maintain logistics data integrity and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Engage with Defence, industry and logistics stakeholders to support delivery outcomes
To be Successful
You will ideally bring:
- Strong ILS, logistics and sustainment management experience
- Exposure to shipbuilding, maritime or complex integration environments
- Experience managing GFE, supply chain and inventory activities
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Understanding of Defence logistics and sustainment processes
- Experience within CASG or maritime capability environments highly regarded
