About The Role

• This is a hands-on Delivery Lead role suited to someone who can balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
• You’ll take ownership of end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of digital initiatives, ensuring teams remain aligned, delivery risks are managed proactively, and projects are delivered effectively from planning through to release.
• You’ll partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Architects, Data teams, external vendors and senior business stakeholders to drive delivery outcomes across customer, platform and enterprise technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital and technology initiatives
• Drive Agile delivery practices across cross-functional teams
• Manage project planning, delivery timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to prioritise and execute delivery roadmaps
• Coordinate delivery across internal teams and external vendors
• Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and delivery governance activities
• Improve delivery frameworks, operational processes and team collaboration
• Ensure alignment between business priorities, technology strategy and delivery outcomes
• Build strong relationships across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience delivering enterprise digital or technology programs
• Proven experience working within Agile delivery environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication capability
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Product and Architecture teams
• Ability to manage competing priorities within fast-paced environments
• Strong understanding of delivery governance, risk management and project execution
• Experience delivering customer, platform or enterprise technology initiatives
• Background across digital transformation or modernisation programs highly regarded
