Senior Business Analyst – Atlassian (Jira & Confluence Focus)

We are partnering with a client seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong Atlassian platform experience to support a key transformation initiative. This role requires hands-on expertise with Jira and Confluence (Atlassian Cloud) and the ability to translate business needs into effective platform configurations.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to capture and validate requirements, contribute to business architecture design, and ensure Atlassian tools are configured to support delivery outcomes. You will also lead an experiment-led testing approach to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

• Strong, hands-on Atlassian experience (ESSENTIAL) – deep working knowledge of Jira & Confluence in a Cloud environment
• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst across end-to-end delivery
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
• Strong communication skills with the ability to challenge and validate requirements
• Advanced Excel capability

Highly Regarded

• Experience with Atlassian Cloud configuration and optimisation
• Familiarity with Agile / modern Ways of Working
• Exposure to large enterprise environments with established Jira frameworks

Location: Melbourne or Sydney

Duration: 6-month contract with extension checkpoints
