As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be right in the middle of it all. You’ll support the Store Manager, inspire your team, and help bring the TK Maxx magic to life on the shop floor. From driving sales and creating standout customer moments to keeping operations running smoothly – your leadership will help set the tone for success.
