BioPak is hiring a Head of Customer Experience. And this isn't a "manage the queue" kind of role.

This is a once-in-a-career opportunity to define what easy to work with actually looks like — then make it real, at scale, across two countries, with a team of ~50 behind you.

WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT

You're not inheriting a finished function — you're architecting it. Workflows, culture, technology, standards. It's yours to shape.

You'll co-lead a full order-to-cash transformation, partnering with Technology on AI, automation, CRM, and self-service platforms that will redefine how customers experience BioPak.

You'll build and lead a geographically distributed team across Australia and the Philippines — creating a unified, high-performing culture that transcends time zones.

You'll have a genuine seat at the table — reporting to the Managing Director, influencing the long-term CX roadmap, and working with a leadership team that backs bold ideas and invests in making them happen.
