What you'll be doing
Handling inbound sales enquiries and customer support via phone & email
Supporting key accounts and resolving escalations with confidence
Managing CRM data with accuracy and ownership
Collaborating with the Customer Care team on delivery issues
Championing our most valued customers through our Watchlist program
What we're looking for: A customer-obsessed communicator
CRM savvy and tech comfortable
Cool-headed under pressure
Detail-oriented and great at prioritising
Open to feedback and hungry to grow
