Zambrero is seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to join our team as Team Members at our Geelong West location. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving delicious Mexican-inspired food, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and contributing to a positive and team-oriented atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting and serving customers with a friendly and professional attitude
• Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Preparing and assembling food orders according to company standards
• Operating cash registers and handling transactions
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area and kitchen
• Following food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
• Demonstrating a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality service
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
