About the role
Working closely with clients, counsel and experts and be involved in a broad mix of contentious matters, including:
- Insolvency and restructuring disputes.
- Class action proceedings.
- Commercial litigation and shareholder disputes.
- Regulatory and investigations-related matters.
- Court proceedings, mediations and negotiated resolutions.
- Drafting pleadings, evidence, correspondence and advice.
The ideal candidate
Have at least 2–3 years’ PQE.
- Strong drafting, research and analytical skills.
- Confidence working with clients and managing competing deadlines.
- A proactive, commercial and team-focused approach.
