Civil Drafter - Urban Development

You've got a couple of years of civil drafting under your belt and you know your way around a set of CIVIL plans (not architecture, not structural). But right now, you're probably producing the same output on repeat ..

Our client designs some of Victoria's most recognised land development projects, residential estates, commercial precincts, industrial logistics hubs, and they need a drafter who's ready for 'variety'.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

You'll be drafting civil engineering designs across a busy land development portfolio; roads, drainage, sewer, water, and earthworks.

You'll be:

• Preparing civil drawings and documentation for land development projects, from concept through to construction.
• Working with engineers to develop and refine designs across roads, drainage, and civil infrastructure. Things change. Flexibility is key.
• Producing and updating plans in 12d Model / AutoCAD.
• Coordinating with surveyors, planners, and other disciplines as part of an integrated multidisciplinary team.
• Keeping documentation clean and current.

You'll be taking home $80k - $95k p/a plus Super.

ABOUT YOU

Capable, curious, and ready for more..

You don't need to have seen it all. We do seek solid drafting fundamentals, a good eye for detail, and drive.

You'll need:

• 4–10 years of civil drafting experience, must be in land development
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• A solid understanding of civil drawing standards and documentation requirements.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects at once
• Good communication ability.
