An exciting opportunity is available for a senior Change Management Specialist to join a major enterprise transformation program delivering a statewide Integrated Workforce Management (IWFM) solution across a complex operational environment.

This program is focused on modernising roster-to-pay processes through the rollout of enterprise workforce management technologies, integrated rostering platforms and SAP-based workforce systems across multiple business units and stakeholder groups.

Role

You will play a key role driving adoption, business readiness and organisational transformation as part of a large-scale implementation program leveraging technologies including:

  • SAP myHR
  • Workbrain / workforce management platforms
  • Electronic rostering solutions
  • SAP S/4HANA enterprise systems
  • Enterprise payroll and workforce optimisation tools

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide change management activities across multiple concurrent implementations
  • Deliver change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement strategies, communication plans and business readiness activities
  • Partner with program leadership, SMEs and technical delivery teams to support successful solution adoption
  • Develop and implement change artefacts, governance reporting, implementation schedules and transition strategies
  • Support workforce transformation initiatives relating to rostering, payroll and workforce optimisation processes
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to assess implementation impacts, dependencies and adoption risks
  • Drive resistance management, change interventions and benefits realisation activities
  • Mentor junior change resources and support uplift in change capability across the program

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience delivering change within large-scale enterprise technology transformation programs
  • Strong understanding of workforce management, rostering, HRIS or payroll implementations
  • Experience working across SAP environments, enterprise applications or integrated workforce platforms highly regarded
  • Proven capability managing complex stakeholder environments across business and technical teams
  • Strong communication, facilitation and executive engagement skills
  • Previous experience within healthcare, government or highly regulated environments advantageous
