AI Engineer - Identity & Access Management (IDAM)

Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Engineer to design and build AI-driven identity and access management (IDAM) solutions. The role focuses on automating identity lifecycle processes, improving compliance, and enabling self-service access management through agentic AI and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents and automation workflows for IAM processes
• Build solutions using Python, REST APIs, and workflow orchestration tools
• Access provisioning and onboarding
• Role recommendations and least-privilege access
• Compliance monitoring and remediation
• Integrate with Identity platforms (One Identity, Entra, Verify), cloud environments ( GCP, AWS, Azure), and legacy systems
• Design and maintain secure, scalable APIs
• Perform API and workflow testing using Postman and automated testing frameworks
• Analyse identity datasets to support AI/ML models, anomaly detection, and role optimisation
• Replace manual and RPA-based processes with AI-driven automation
• Collaborate with identity engineers, security teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong Python development experience
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and API integrations
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, VS Code, and Postman
• Cloud experience with GCP (preferred), plus exposure to AWS/Azure
• Understanding of IAM/IDAM, RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, and least-privilege principles
• Experience building AI/ML workflows, automation pipelines, or AI agents
• Knowledge of CI/CD, unit/integration testing, and secure coding practices
• Exposure to Vertex AI, Bedrock, or Copilot Studio is desirable
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
