Our client has built a market-leading workforce technology solution that helps organisations connect, engage and support frontline employees across healthcare, hospitality, construction, aged care, retail and community services. The result? Better engagement, stronger compliance and less administrative burden for HR teams.
As they continue to scale, we're looking for an ambitious SDR to generate new business opportunities and help introduce the platform to organisations facing complex workforce challenges.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prospecting and engaging HR, People & Culture, Operations and Workforce leaders
- Building outbound campaigns across healthcare, hospitality, construction and related industries
- Identifying pain points around workforce engagement, compliance and fragmented HR systems
- Booking qualified meetings for the Account Executive team
- Managing outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline activity
- Working closely with sales and marketing to drive growth
About You
- 12+ months experience in an SDR or BDR role
- HR SaaS experience is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Naturally curious and comfortable having commercial conversations
- Resilient, motivated and target-driven
- Looking to build a long-term career in technology sales
