Employment type: Full Time Exempt positions available (contract up to October 2026) with possibility of extension

Hours per week: 38

Remuneration: Salary relative to experience and ranges from $83,554.59 - $85,530.07.00 per annum plus 12% superannuation

Location: Preferred location either St. Leonards or Charlestown, however other NSW Health locations can be considered – flexible hybrid working, with regular scheduled time in the office each week

About the opportunity

Join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality employment transaction and payroll services that support the NSW Health workforce.

In this role, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing your day-to-day priorities while delivering accurate and timely employment transactions services. You will bring sound knowledge and application of NSW Health awards, legislation, policy and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency across all activities.

As a senior employee services officer you will focus on delivering exceptional customer service. You will provide responsive, professional and solution-focused support to a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring enquiries are managed effectively and with a high standard of care. Your ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and navigate complex issues will be critical to enhancing the overall customer experience.

You will also contribute to resolving complex matters, support capability uplift across the team, and help drive continuous improvement to meet service objectives and deadlines.
