We are currently partnering with a highly regarded CBD-based professional services firm seeking an experienced Senior Investment Adviser to join their growing wealth and advisory division.

This opportunity is specifically suited to advisers with a strong background in public practice or accounting-aligned financial planning environments who understand the value of integrated client relationships and referral-led growth.

The successful candidate will work closely with business owners, professionals and high-net-worth clients, delivering strategic investment and wealth advice within a collaborative professional services setting. Unlike traditional volume-based advice models, this role focuses on long-term client relationships, strategic outcomes and high-quality advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic investment and wealth advice to an established client base

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with affluent and business clients

• Work closely with accounting and business advisory teams to deliver integrated client solutions

• Identify opportunities across existing referral networks and client relationships

• Deliver compliant, tailored and client-focused advice strategies

• Contribute to business development and broader growth initiatives

Ideal Background

• 5+ years’ experience as a Financial Planner, Wealth Adviser or Investment Adviser

• Strong experience within public practice is essential

• Previous exposure to accounting-led or professional services environments highly regarded

• Demonstrated capability managing HNW and SME client relationships

• Strong commercial acumen and relationship management skills

• Relevant financial planning qualifications and industry accreditations
