Our client is looking for an experienced Integration Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team supporting large-scale resources and energy projects in Western Australia.

Roster: 5/2 Perth Based

Start date: July 2026

Duration: approx. 6 months - depending on client requirements

Pay Rate: $120.00 p/h

The Role

This role is focused on multidisciplinary engineering coordination, interface management, and delivery assurance across complex capital projects from studies through to execution.

As a Senior Integration Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring engineering alignment across multiple disciplines, stakeholders, and delivery partners. You will not be responsible for detailed design ownership, but rather the integration and coordination of engineering outcomes across the project lifecycle.

You will work closely with project engineers, study managers, engineering managers, project controls, estimators, and external engineering partners to ensure seamless delivery of engineering packages.

Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Coordinate engineering engagement requests across multidisciplinary teams
  • Facilitate allocation of engineering resources across project workstreams
  • Lead integration of civil, mechanical, electrical, and process engineering inputs
  • Manage engineering interfaces between internal teams, OEMs, and external design partners
  • Oversee delivery of engineering packages ensuring alignment with project requirements and standards
  • Conduct multidisciplinary review of engineering deliverables and support assurance processes
  • Support governance, technical standards compliance, and change management processes
  • Coordinate engineering inputs for studies and execution-phase project scopes
  • Act as engineering integration lead for selected internal projects where required

The Ideal Candidate Will Hold The Following

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in engineering delivery, coordination, or integration roles
  • Experience within resources, mining, energy, or infrastructure sectors
  • Strong understanding of multidisciplinary engineering project environments
  • Demonstrated experience managing interfaces across engineering disciplines and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to influence outcomes across teams without direct line management authority
  • Strong documentation, planning, and organisational capability
