Following continued growth of their Sydney operation, an exciting opportunity has emerged for a driven and commercially minded individual to join the Equity Sales team, working alongside a highly regarded senior member of the team.

This role offers meaningful exposure to some of the most active companies across the resources and energy sectors, with direct engagement with leading institutional investors across Australia and key offshore markets. The platform is high performing and genuinely meritocratic, offering attractive remuneration and a clear pathway for progression.

The firm is open to individuals from a range of relevant backgrounds, including:

• Equity Sales professionals with sector experience in resources or energy
• Research Analysts seeking to transition into Equity Sales & Trading
• Investment Bankers / Advisers with relevant sector expertise and strong market connectivity

The successful candidate will likely have

• Minimum c.3 years’ experience within equities, research, investment banking or advisory
• Strong interest and credibility within the resources and energy sector
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• A commercial, proactive and team-oriented mindset
• Desire to build long-term client relationships across institutional investors
• Strong work ethic and ambition to develop within an ambitious, growing platform
