About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you’ll support end-to-end recruitment across a variety of frontline roles. Working closely with hiring leaders, you’ll help deliver a smooth, compliant, and high-quality recruitment experience, from attraction through to onboarding. You’ll be part of a supportive team, ensuring candidates feel informed, valued, and confident throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities include

• Posting tailored job ads across multiple platforms and sourcing candidates through a range of channels
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment priorities
• Screening applications, coordinating interviews, and managing all pre-employment checks
• Preparing accurate employment documentation and maintaining records in systems
• Monitoring Jira tickets and responding to candidate and stakeholder enquiries efficiently
• Ensuring all recruitment activity aligns with employment legislation and internal compliance requirements

About You

You’re someone who loves structure, systems, and getting the details right, but you also bring a human touch to everything you do. You’re confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and can pick up new systems quickly in a high-volume!

You’ll bring:

• Previous experience in HR and/or recruitment
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
• Clear, professional communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• A genuine commitment to creating a positive, welcoming candidate experience
