Based in Melbourne CBD, we are seeking a People Experience Analyst to join our People & Culture team on a 12 month fixed term contract (maternity leave) which includes a comprehensive handover and is scheduled to commence from the week of 20 July 2026.

This critical role is accountable for optimising our People & Culture data, reporting, and systems. What You Will Do

As a People Experience Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

  • HRIS Governance: Manage and govern HTW HRIS platforms, participate in scoping and implementing system enhancements, and drive self-service capabilities for standard People & Culture metrics.
  • Data and Reporting Expertise: Take ownership of reporting cycles to, ensuring all outputs are accurate and insightful. You will also manage data management for People & Culture, including ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) data.
  • Employee Life Cycle & Cyclical Processes: Apply data analytics and reporting across all employee life cycle activities to identify improvements against the People & Culture strategy. You will also support annual cyclical activities, such as the performance cycle, remuneration review with reporting and compliance tracking.
  • Compliance Reporting: Manage the end-to-end annual Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) reporting process, including data collection, cleaning, and submission. You will leverage these outcomes to identify gender pay gaps and provide actionable insights for our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy.
  • Payroll Interface: Establish robust reporting workflows with the Payroll team to ensure timely and accurate data inputs.

What You Will Bring

We are seeking a collaborative, solution-focused, and detail-oriented individual with:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a HR, people analytics or business reporting role, preferably within People & Culture, demonstrating a strong understanding of employee life cycle management.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrated experience scoping reporting requirements and designing insightful reports suitable for CPO Board and Executive teams.
  • Domain Knowledge: Understanding of payroll concepts and workplace relations terminology and their importance in effective People & Culture services.
  • Key Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, a strong service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines in a high-growth and expanding business.
  • Passionate about employee experience: with continuous improvement and ability to work in a changing environment.
