About the opportunity
Support the delivery of clear, consistent and high-quality communications that bring Charter Hall’s strategy and brand to life. Working across channels, you’ll help inform and engage key audiences while ensuring communications are aligned to established governance, brand and tone of voice frameworks.
How you’ll make an impact
- Create engaging communications that bring Charter Hall’s brand and strategy to life across key business and leadership content.
- Support external communications that help protect and enhance Charter Hall’s reputation across media and owned channels.
- Shape compelling content and storytelling that strengthens our brand, corporate narrative, thought leadership and ESG profile.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver clear, timely and high-quality communications.
- Apply strong judgement and attention to detail to ensure communications are accurate, well-governed and delivered to a high standard.
What you’ll bring to the team
- Future focused capabilities including self-awareness, resilience, agility and generosity.
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills, initiative and an ability to prioritise.
- Tertiary qualifications in communications, corporate affairs, journalism and/or related discipline
- 3+ years’ experience in a communications role
- Understanding of governance, risk and approvals in a listed or complex organisation
- Clear, confident communicator with strong judgement
- Comfortable operating in complexity and ambiguity
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills
