About the Role
Lead a life-saving service across the ACT, overseeing the delivery of organ donation programs and driving clinical excellence. In this key leadership role, you’ll support and inspire specialist nursing teams, contribute to national initiatives, and shape best practice through strong clinical governance, education, and continuous improvement.
Working closely with the Agency Manager, you’ll influence policy, uphold high standards of care, and foster a culture focused on meaningful outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate clinical leader to make a real impact. Occasional after-hours and weekend work is required.
Note: This position is part-time at 26:30 hours per week, and the full-time salary noted above will be paid pro-rata.
