About The Role

  • Part‑time inbound contact centre role within a global insurance organisation.
  • Handle high‑volume phone calls, including time‑critical and emotive situations.
  • Confidently lead customer conversations and take ownership of outcomes.
  • Work in a structured, KPI‑driven environment.
  • Navigate 3-5 systems simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and service.
  • 100% office‑based for at least the first 6 months.
  • Rotating roster Monday - Friday, 5:00am - 11:00am (after training).
  • 4-6 weeks paid training, followed by ongoing support.

About You

  • Available to work a rotating roster Monday – Friday 5:00am – 11:00am (Shifts will be 5am – 9am; 6am – 10am; 7am – 11am)
  • A natural early starter who can perform consistently from 5am.
  • Looking for stable, ongoing part-time work, not short-term flexibility.
  • Proven experience in a fast‑paced, phone‑based contact centre.
  • Confident navigating multiple systems at once (3–5) while talking with customers.
  • Comfortable working to KPIs, targets and quality measures.
  • Strong tenure with a demonstrated history of reliability and consistent attendance.
  • Resilient, adaptable and open to feedback and coaching.
  • Confident communicator who can take the lead in customer conversations.
  • Able to commit to part‑time, in‑office work in the Brisbane CBD.
  • Full Australian unrestricted work rights required.
  • Must be able to pass a Police Check.
