The Position

Pacific Seeds is seeking a proactive and hands-on HSE Advisor based in Toowoomba to support our operations across agricultural and production environments.

Reporting to the HSE Lead, this role plays a key part in delivering operational safety support and strengthening our commitment to a Zero Harm culture. You will work closely with site leaders, supervisors, employees, and contractors to support the implementation of safe work practices, hazard identification, and risk management processes.

This is a field-focused role where you will regularly engage with teams on-site—conducting safety observations, supporting risk assessments, contributing to incident management, and ensuring WHS systems and processes are effectively applied across the business.

The Person

We are looking for an engaged and practical safety professional who thrives in operational environments and enjoys working closely with people on the ground.

You will ideally bring:

  • Experience supporting WHS activities in operational or field-based environments
  • A strong understanding of hazard identification and risk management practices
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coach and influence safe behaviours
  • The ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the business
  • Strong organisational and recordkeeping capability

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2-3 years practical experience in a similar role
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in WHS/OHS
  • Current C-class driver’s licence

Experience within agriculture, manufacturing, or similar high-risk environments will be highly regarded, along with exposure to hazardous chemicals management and WHS audits.

This role will also be required to successfully complete a criminal history check.

What We Offer

Pacific Seeds has been a trusted leader in the Australian seed industry for over 60 years, partnering with growers to deliver innovative seed solutions and drive productivity outcomes.

Joining Pacific Seeds means you will benefit from:
