We are a specialist Behaviour Change communications company. We inspire people to change their behaviour, willingly and for good. And right now, we're looking for a switched-on Admin Assistant to keep the engine running behind the scenes.
You'll work across a team doing meaningful work with national reach, from superannuation and housing to transport, the care sector, and supporting not-for-profits working to end homelessness. We've recently become a certified B Corp, and we're proud of it. It reflects our long-standing values of only working with organisations that are driving positive change in society.
This is a part-time, in-office role (Tuesday to Thursday, South Melbourne) that would suit a communications or marketing student looking to get real agency experience while completing their studies. Full Australian working rights / permanent residency required.
What you'll be doing
Supporting our account service teams with day-to-day administration and hospitality, office operations, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and generally making sue nothing falls through the cracks.
You'll thrive here if you
- Have some prior admin, office, or professional experience
- Are highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Communicate clearly and confidently in writing
- Can manage multiple tasks without losing the thread
- Know your way around Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Bonus points for
- Familiarity with invoicing or basic financial admin (like credit card reconciliation)
- Experience in an agency or professional services environment
- An interest in Behaviour Change, social impact, or health communications
