Grace Corporate Services is looking for a proactive and organised Mobility Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail and enjoys supporting projects, technology and client service delivery.
Working within our Corporate Services division, you will support a national mobility team delivering relocation and assignment management services to major corporate clients across Australia and internationally.
About the Role
Reporting to the Mobility Manager, the Mobility Coordinator will support the day-to-day administration, systems coordination and operational activities of the Mobility team.
This role is varied and will involve exposure to:
- Implementation and onboarding of new corporate accounts
- Administration and support of our global mobility platform
- Assisting with reporting, documentation and client administration
- Supporting tender submissions and maintaining tender documentation libraries
- Assisting with project coordination and operational improvement initiatives
- Database management and data integrity
- General team administration and coordination support
- Assisting with presentations, client documents and process documentation
This is a collaborative role suited to someone who enjoys organisation, technology, communication and working across multiple projects and priorities.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate:
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail
- Strong time management and ability to prioritise tasks
- Confidence working across multiple systems and platforms
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel
- A proactive and adaptable approach
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous experience in administration, customer service, coordination or office support roles will be highly regarded.
