We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our People & Culture Team, supporting high-volume recruitment across our frontline operation; Passenger Services, Cargo, and Ramp & Baggage roles.

Your New Role

Reporting to the Organisational Development Manager, you’ll coordinate end-to-end recruitment, deliver a great candidate experience, and ensure onboarding compliance and documentation are completed efficiently across selected dnata entities.

You’ll play a key role within our recruitment team, supporting a range of activities with a strong focus on ensuring candidates are onboarded smoothly and all compliance requirements and documentation are met.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline roles, including advertising, screening, interviews and hiring activities.
  • Lead, facilitate, and manage assessment centres to identify top talent.
  • Partner with operational managers to deliver a smooth and engaging recruitment experience.
  • Draft job advertisements and manage recruitment campaigns through ATS platforms.
  • Manage end-to-end pre-employment checks including reference checks, medicals, police checks and security clearances, ensuring full compliance throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare employment contracts and coordinate onboarding documentation.
  • Support new starters through induction and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate files.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and procedures.

About You

  • 1–3+ years’ experience in recruitment, with multi-site and high-volume exposure being an advantage (ideally within aviation or a blue-collar environment)
  • Proven experience managing/leading recruitment processes or equivalent
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS tools.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Fast paced, dynamic work environment- ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and targets
  • Well-developed effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must be able to work autonomously as well as in a team
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be willing to travel to other states as when required

This role is located in Mascot, only a 7-minute walk from Mascot station. We also supply onsite parking should you wish to drive.
