Clinic Administration Officer

We are currently looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Clinic Administration Officer to join our busy Dandenong clinic on a full-time basis.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Practice Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic while delivering exceptional service to clients, patients, and healthcare professionals.

No two days are the same in this fast-paced role, making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and helping people.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcoming patients and managing reception duties
• Coordinating and processing medical bookings
• Managing medical results and documentation
• Administering health questionnaires
• Accurate data entry and record management
• Invoicing and general administrative support

We’re looking for someone who is professional, organised, and passionate about providing outstanding customer service.

• A positive, team-focused attitude

Previous experience in medical administration, healthcare reception, or a clinical environment will be highly regarded — however, full training will be provided for the right candidate.
