Your new role

As a Product Analyst, you’ll support the development and launch of new financial products and features, working closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams.

• Supporting the launch of new Pay products and features
• Analysing product performance and identifying improvement opportunities
• Collaborating with stakeholders across product, risk, tech and marketing
• Supporting product roadmap delivery and key initiatives
• Using data and customer insights to drive enhancements
• Contributing within a fast-paced, agile team environment

What you'll need to succeed

• 2–3 years’ experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or early-stage Product Manager.
• Proven experience working with a product team to launch new products or features.
• Background in financial services, ideally in lending or payments (credit cards highly regarded).
• Experience within lending or marketing environments supporting product launches will also be highly regarded.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage across multiple teams.
• A curious, proactive mindset with a genuine eagerness to learn and grow in product management.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
