The Opportunity
Step into a well-established commercial construction company with a good pipeline of projects and a friendly, collaborative culture. With a focus on commercial projects up to $30M, this is an ideal role for an autonomous Contracts Administrator looking to make an impact and grow with a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage subcontractor packages end-to-end (RFQs, letting, awards, final accounts)
- Prepare and manage variations and EOT claims
- Administer head contract obligations
- Review RFIs, invoices and cost reports
- Support commercial management across multiple projects
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Tertiary qualification in a building-related discipline preferred
- Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar
- Experience working on commercial fitout & refurbishment projects
- Demonstrated stability and strong track record with previous employers
- Experience delivering fit-out or refurbishment projects
- Strong knowledge of variations, EOTs and contract administration
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Professional written communication and strong attention to detail
- Reliable, organised and proactive
