The primary purpose of this role is to design and execute sustainable change management activities as part of a program or at an initiative level, and to work collaboratively with other Change Managers to create consistency and capability in the execution of Allianz’s change management methodology.
About the Role
- Conduct the change analysis (stakeholder analysis, change impact and gap analysis, training needs analysis) to ensure change initiatives are thought through and planned.
- Own or contribute to the development of a change management strategy and approach based on the completed change analysis.
- Address any potential people-related risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
- Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans e.g., change leadership plan, communication plan, education and training plan.
- Ensure that readiness assessments are conducted to prepare employees for the transition to new ways of working.
- Apply the AAL change management approach and methodology.
About you
- Certification or demonstrated competency in application of at least one formal change methodology.
- Experience managing large scale and complex change programs and projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence.
- Collaborative working style and ability to build trust with key stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision-making.
- High attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy, with an ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
- Strong personal integrity and commitment to maintain confidentiality.
