Seeking a skilled Kong API Developer with strong experience in Kong API Gateway and Redis integration to design, implement, and optimise secure, scalable, and high-performing API solutions. Expertise in API security, RESTful services, CI/CD, and microservices architecture with strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and deploy APIs using Kong API Gateway.

• Implement Redis-based caching, rate limiting, and session management solutions.

• Monitor API performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure secure API integrations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain API architecture documentation.

Key Skills

• Hands-on experience with Kong API Gateway and custom plugin development.

• Strong expertise in Redis, RESTful APIs, and scripting languages such as Lua, Python, Go, or Node.js.

• Knowledge of API security protocols including OAuth, JWT, mTLS, and Zero Trust Architecture.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and microservices-based environments.
