• Solid understanding of quantitative and computational finance concepts

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Hands-on programming experience across technologies such as Python, R, SQL, C++, and Power BI

• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Strong interest in financial markets and risk management

• Develop, maintain, and enhance controls, processes, and systems from a governance and analytical perspective

• Build and maintain risk models to evaluate potential financial outcomes from hedging strategies

• Conduct independent risk reviews on structured transactions, including investments, new products, and strategic initiatives

• Operate and improve tools and methodologies for credit risk assessment of wholesale trading counterparties

• Monitor market movements and regulatory changes to identify emerging risks and support informed decision-making

• Analyse large datasets to generate actionable insights supporting risk management strategies

• Implement effective risk mitigation strategies to manage market exposure
