A global food manufacturing business with a portfolio of iconic Australian consumer brands is looking for a commercially sharp National Account Manager to own and grow one of their most significant retail partnerships across the frozen food category.

With manufacturing and processing operations across 15 sites globally and products sold in over 40 countries, this is a business with real scale, genuine brand heritage, and a strong culture of innovation and collaboration. The Australian business supplies frozen, shelf-stable, and chilled products to major retail and foodservice customers across ANZ.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with a major grocery retailer to drive sustainable sales, profit, and category growth
  • Manage and grow the Sauces portfolio through effective pricing, promotional strategy, and trade spend optimisation
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with retailer category teams to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Partner cross-functionally with Category, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to execute customer strategy and deliver key initiatives
  • Analyse performance, forecasts, and market data to identify opportunities and improve forecast accuracy
  • Lead customer negotiations to optimise ranging, promotions, and business performance
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, influencing decisions that drive growth and improve execution

What You Bring

  • Experience in FMCG sales or account management with exposure to major grocery retailers
  • Proven track record owning customer business planning with accountability for commercial outcomes
  • Strong commercial acumen - comfortable analysing data, identifying opportunities, and translating insights into action
  • Confident relationship builder who can engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Experience leading Joint Business Planning end-to-end with Woolworths or Coles
  • Familiarity with data and insights tools such as Circana or Quantium
  • Exposure to forecasting or demand planning processes within a retail environment
  • Strong understanding of the food or FMCG category landscape
