The Role

As a Senior Manager, you'll work closely with clients and senior leaders, taking ownership of complex engagements and playing a key role in delivering exceptional advisory outcomes. You'll bring your expertise across accounting and tax to bear on sophisticated client matters — and you'll have every opportunity to keep growing.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Managing a client portfolio with fees in excess of $700,000, building trusted, long-term relationships
  • Applying deep accounting expertise to client accounts and financial statements
  • Researching and advising on technical and specialist taxation and financial reporting matters
  • Analysing financial data to produce clear, meaningful, dashboard-style insights for clients
  • Preparing and reviewing corporate tax returns, including consolidated groups and international structures
  • Delivering high-quality client advice and professional correspondence that reflects the firm's standard of excellence

About You

You're a technically strong, commercially minded professional who takes pride in your work and genuinely enjoys working with clients. You bring:

  • At least 6 years' experience in a professional accounting firm
  • Strong hands-on capability across accounting and taxation
  • CA qualification (CPA applicants are warmly encouraged to apply)
  • Australian tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Economics, or Commerce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Broad business acumen and a genuine curiosity to keep learning
  • A collaborative mindset and the organisational skills to juggle competing priorities with ease
