Business Continuity & Resilience Manager

An opportunity has arisen for a Business Continuity & Resilience Manager to join a high-growth, technology business with an international footprint. This is a rare, high-impact role offering global exposure within a fast-scaling organisation.

Reporting to the Head of Risk & Compliance this is a newly created role to take the lead for business continuity & resilience across the organisation. You will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide resilience capabilities. This role is responsible for ensuring the organisation can effectively prepare for, respond to, and recover from operational disruptions, cyber incidents, technology outages, supplier failures, and crisis events. The successful candidate will work across business units, technology teams, risk functions, and executive leadership to strengthen organisational resilience and maintain compliance with regulatory and industry requirements.

We are looking for proven experience in Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, Crisis Management and Disaster Recovery and experience building a framework and emergency response plan. The non negotiable criteria is you must have worked for a company that builds and/or operates data centres.
