We're seeking an experienced

Change Management Specialist to join a major enterprise transformation program delivering significant workforce and operational improvements across a large and complex organisation.

This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving successful adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working while partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple business areas.

  • Paying up to $1260 per day

As the Change Management Specialist, you will lead end-to-end change activities across multiple implementation streams, ensuring business readiness, stakeholder engagement and sustainable adoption outcomes.

Key responsibilities include

  • Developing and executing change management strategies, plans and artefacts
  • Conducting business change impact assessments and readiness assessments
  • Leading stakeholder engagement and communication activities
  • Identifying and managing change risks, issues and resistance
  • Facilitating workshops and change planning sessions
  • Preparing executive briefings, presentations and governance reporting
  • Supporting organisational readiness and transition activities
  • Driving adoption and benefits realisation outcomes
  • Mentoring change practitioners and supporting capability uplift within project teams
  • Working closely with business leaders, SMEs and delivery teams to embed transformational change

About You To be successful you will demonstrate:

  • Extensive experience delivering change management within large-scale transformation programs
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across executive and operational levels
  • Proven experience developing change strategies, impact assessments, communication plans and readiness activities
  • Experience managing resistance, organisational impacts and business transition activities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong facilitation and workshop leadership capability
  • Experience operating within complex enterprise environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in fast-paced programs

Highly Regarded

  • Workforce management, HR, payroll, rostering or workforce transformation experience
  • Experience delivering change within large government or enterprise organisations
  • Formal change management qualifications (Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent)
