We are currently partnering with a leading independent advisory firm in Sydney that is continuing to expand its presence across energy transition and infrastructure transactions .
The team advises a broad range of clients including developers, sponsors, infrastructure funds, utilities, and corporates on M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates. With strong deal flow and a growing pipeline of opportunities linked to decarbonisation and the energy transition, the team is looking to add a high-calibre Analyst to support execution and client delivery

- Renewable energy (solar, wind, battery storage)
- Energy transition and decarbonisation strategies
- Transport and core infrastructure assets
- Utilities and regulated assets
- You will work closely with senior bankers on end-to-end transaction execution , gaining meaningful responsibility early in your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial modelling, valuation analysis, and transaction structuring
- Preparation of pitch materials, information memoranda, and client presentations
- Supporting due diligence processes and transaction execution
- Conducting industry and market research across energy and infrastructure sectors
- Assisting in the development of strategic advice for clients
Candidate Profile
We Are Seeking Candidates With
- 2-4 years’ experience in investment banking, corporate finance, Big 4 advisory, or possibly internal Corporate Finance within Energy/Infra teams
- Strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities
- Demonstrated interest in energy transition and infrastructure sectors
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management ability
- Outstanding academic record from a leading university
