Contracts Administrator – Commercial Fit Out

Location: Sydney, NSW

Salary: $100k - $120k + Super

Core Talent are currently partnering with a well-established commercial fit out contractor delivering high-quality workplace and commercial interior projects across Sydney. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to bring on an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team.

This is an opportunity to work with a business known for delivering premium fit out and refurbishment projects up to $5 million, with a strong focus on quality, client relationships, and repeat business.

The Role

Working closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team, you’ll be responsible for the commercial management and administration of multiple fit out projects from procurement through to final accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Letting and managing subcontract packages
• Preparing scopes of work and procurement schedules
• Processing variations, progress claims, and cost reporting
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
• Managing RFIs, contracts, and project documentation
• Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
• Supporting projects through to completion and handover

About you

• Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator within commercial construction or fit out
• Experience delivering commercial fit out/refurbishment projects
• Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and cost management
• You will ideally have experience in Procore
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant construction qualification preferred
