The Opportunity

Performance-based | Complete flexibility | Typical earnings $140,000–$300,000+

We are continuing to grow across Queensland and are seeking Business Directors in Brisbane to help drive the next phase of our expansion.

This is a senior, commercially focused leadership role with complete autonomy and flexibility.

You’ll take ownership of developing the Queensland market, building relationships, leading a team and helping businesses access experienced marketing capability through our Open Marketing model.

Working approximately 25–30 hours per week, you’ll have the flexibility to balance working from home, client meetings and networking activity in a way that works for you.

What You’ll Do

Business Development

Build and activate referral networks and strategic partnerships

Meet with prospective clients and secure new engagements

Lead client onboarding and kick-off workshops

Identify businesses experiencing marketing resource challenges

Team Leadership

Build, lead and support a team of experienced marketing professionals

Provide strategic oversight across client relationships and growth opportunities

This is not a campaign execution role — it’s focused on relationships, leadership and growth.

You’ll ideally bring an established network across Queensland’s B2B, SME or corporate sectors — or the confidence and drive to build one.
