An established yet growing mid-tier Building Contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a commercial building project in Brisbane.

This is a business on the rise, specialising in the luxury buildings sector (Residential, Commercial, Hospitality), with a strong track record delivering premium projects.

They have built a team of personable and inspiring leaders, from Directors through to Project Managers and Construction Managers, creating a positive and collaborative working environment.

About The Role

We are looking to identify an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on a $100m high-end Commercial building, located in the heart of Brisbane.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Coordinating and managing subcontractors on site
• Driving programme and ensuring key milestones are met
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site compliance
• Overseeing quality control and finishes, particularly across high-end elements
• Working closely with the Project Manager, consultants, and broader delivery team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering projects of $50m plus
• Strong ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing, programming, and site logistics
• A keen eye for detail, particularly across high-quality finishes
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience using systems such as Procore or similar (desirable)
