Project Engineer

Due to continued growth, Consilium Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team.
The successful candidate will hold a qualification in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, supported by relevant experience within the construction industry. You will demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes, and a commitment to delivering outcomes aligned with our core values of Performance, Integrity, Efficiency, and Commitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse range of projects, from minor works through to major capital projects, across multiple clients
- Engage and collaborate with key project stakeholders
- Prepare and develop cost estimates
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Administer and manage contracts
- Monitor and manage project quality, cost, schedule, and risk
- Apply an understanding of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) principles
- Identify and communicate project risks to both project and management teams
- Facilitate regular project meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders
About You
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and the Microsoft Office Suite
- A degree in Construction Management, Economics, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing projects within the construction or related industries
- Experience using MS Project and/or Primavera P6 will be highly regarded
