About The Role

In this influential position, you will provide expert health and safety leadership, advice, and guidance across the organisation. You’ll contribute to the design and continuous improvement of systems, tools, resources, and training programs that ensure both organisational goals and legislative obligations are met.

Working in close partnership with operational teams, you’ll champion a collaborative and consultative approach—using education, coaching, and practical expertise to address real-world safety challenges. Your work will directly support service delivery, enhance capability across teams, and foster a strong culture of continuous improvement, safety, and wellbeing.

About You

You are a proactive and engaging professional with a tertiary qualification in Work Health and Safety, Risk, Compliance, Law, Health, or a related discipline, supported by experience in a similar role.

Renowned for your ability to coach, influence, and facilitate, you empower leaders and teams to create safe, healthy, and high-performing work environments. You thrive in fast-paced, evolving settings, managing competing priorities with confidence and efficiency.

Your strong working knowledge of WHS legislation and regulatory frameworks is matched by excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
