Contract Site Supervisor

Contract Site Supervisor required for a large scale refurbishment project in the Sydney CBD.

Join a reputable commercial builder known for delivering high-quality refurbishment and fit-out projects within the CBD. This organisation is looking to bring on an experienced Contract Site Supervisor to support project delivery.

As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations on a fast-paced refurbishment project located in Sydney CBD. You will act as the key point of contact on-site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Strong hands-on trade background
• Proven ability to run a defined section of works independently
• Confident managing subcontractors, deliveries, and short-term programming
• Managing and supervising subcontractors and trades on-site
• Maintaining site safety and ensuring full WHS compliance

What you'll need to succeed:

• Demonstrated experience as a Site Supervisor on new build or refurbishment projects
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing in live environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced programme
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Relevant trade qualification or construction background
• White Card (mandatory)
