  • Allied Health therapy programs (including Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology)

Purpose

You will support children and young people with their daily living in a 24/7 home environment contributing to developing and implementing strategies to support positive behaviours and to acquire independent living skills to reach their full potential in their home and community.

The ideal candidate

  • Demonstrated experience working in residential care, youth services, or Out of Home Care programs
  • Genuine passion for supporting children and young people to live their best life using a person-centred approach
  • Knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, with experience working in cross-cultural context
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including both short and long shifts on weekdays, weekends, evenings, nights, sleepovers and public holidays
