Bookkeeper – Global Finance Team

We are seeking a capable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our global finance team supporting AQ1 Systems, a multinational organisation operating across multiple regions.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in a complex, multi-entity environment who is confident working within structured processes, approval frameworks, and ERP systems.

Working out of AQ1's Head Office located in Hobart, Tasmania you will play a key role in processing financial transactions, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting month-end activities within our MYOB Acumatica environment.

Experience in organisations with international operations or group reporting structures will be highly regarded, as the role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and an understanding of how transactions flow through an integrated ERP system.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

Certificate IV or Diploma in Accounting/Bookkeeping, or equivalent relevant experience
Demonstrated experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger reconciliations, and bank reconciliations
Experience providing payroll processing support (as backup), with a strong understanding of confidentiality requirements
Competency using accounting/ERP systems and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
Previous experience working in a similar role

This role requires experience working within structured ERP environments across multiple legal entities. Please outline how you have worked within a multi-entity or multinational organisation with formal approval workflows and group reporting requirements.
Please describe how you have ensured accuracy and compliance when entering transactions into an ERP system, particularly where there are downstream reporting impacts (e.g. group consolidation, intercompany transactions, or audit requirements).
