Position: Fixed Term Contract 6-12 months (with extension potential)

This is a hands-on role for someone who can confidently lead discovery, shape digital products, facilitate client workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, guide agile delivery teams and lead complex software projects end-to-end. You’ll work closely with clients, designers and engineers to solve meaningful business problems using modern technology, AI-enabled delivery practices and strong product thinking. About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced AI-fluent Product Delivery Lead to lead the design and delivery of digital products and custom software solutions for our clients.

Combining elements of Product Management, Delivery Leadership and Project Management, you will work closely with clients, designers, engineers and stakeholders to shape product direction and lead cross-functional teams through successful implementation.

This Role Requires Someone Who Is Equally Comfortable

• facilitating a workshop with executives
• navigating ambiguity in discovery
• managing delivery risks and commercials
• guiding agile delivery teams
• balancing customer outcomes with technical feasibility
• building trusted client relationships

You will also play an important role in helping clients navigate emerging AI opportunities - both in the products we build and in the way delivery teams operate. We are looking for someone who is actively leveraging AI tools to improve their own workflows, delivery practices and productivity, while also being able to lead or contribute to AI-enabled projects and initiatives.

You are a strong communicator, facilitator and delivery leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys solving complex problems with clients and teams.

Key Skills And Experiences

• Has experience in technology consulting or professional services environments
• Is comfortable operating at the intersection of business, design and technology
• Has experience leading digital or software delivery projects end-to-end
• Understands software development practices and technical delivery constraints
• Can confidently facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Has strong agile and lean delivery experience
• Has experience managing product backlogs and prioritisation
• Has experience managing budgets, timelines, forecasts and delivery reporting
• Is highly organised and commercially aware
• Has excellent communication, presentation and consulting skills
• Builds trust quickly with clients and teams
• Is adaptable, proactive and comfortable working through ambiguity
• Enjoys collaborating across cross-functional teams
• Actively uses AI tools to improve personal productivity, delivery practices and ways of working (AI-assisted product discovery or delivery tooling)
• Has experience contributing to or leading AI-enabled projects, products or initiatives
