The Role

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Reporting to an experienced

Construction Manager from a strong mid-tier background, you will take ownership of projects from early stages through to completion. Projects will be across new build and heavy refurb so experience in these areas is highly desirable:

• Work across pre construction and tender phases
• Lead your project team to achieve desired outcomes across projects
• Lead and coordinate project stakeholders to ensure clear expectations and strong collaboration
• Develop and manage project programs, ensuring key milestones, budgets and quality targets are achieved
• Oversee delivery performance while maintaining strong financial and commercial outcomes
• You will typically manage 1–2 projects in construction, while also contributing to one project at tender stage.

Salary

Salary will be aligned with experience and current market conditions, with a package in the range of $220K – $250K expected (package can include a fully maintained ute)
