Aveley is seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our stunning, well-established, 92 place service with 6 rooms and 3 outdoor play areas. The Reggio Emilia inspired play spaces across one level, setting children’s imagination alight through engagement and discovery's lives every day while nurturing your own growth and leadership journey.
Support You Will Receive
- Full time Curriculum Leader (Educational Leader)
- Part time Family Advocate

About the Service
- Caters for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old across 6 rooms and 3 beautiful outdoor play areas
- 3 Ateliers that are directly accessed through 5 of our rooms
- Walking distance to local coffee shop and local school
- Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.
- This service offers regular incursions and excursions where they connect meaningfully with the local community
- Opening hours - 6:30am-630pm - Monday-Friday

About You
- Hold a Diploma or above in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Minimum of 12-18 months experience in a similar leadership position
- A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
- Must have completed Gecko child safety training
- Hold a valid Police Check
- In depth understanding of the EYLF and NQS to ensure quality outcomes for the children
- Provide guidance, leadership, mentorship, and support to a diverse team of educators, culinary professionals, trainees, and students.
- You have a vision to support local families and their children by mentoring and leading your team to exceptional heights
- Have strong communication skills written and verbal
