We are seeking a highly organised and team-focused People Coordinator to join our office in Maidstone.

This position has been designed to strengthen our HR function and bring structure to compliance and people processes. You’ll play a key role in identifying gaps, improving systems, and driving efficiency across the business.

Working closely with leadership, you will take ownership of HR administration, compliance tracking, and system optimisation, helping create a more streamlined and effective people function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and improve day-to-day HR administration processes.
  • Oversee compliance requirements and ensure consistency with the organisation.
  • Review and optimise HR systems (including Zoho), identifying gaps and inefficiencies.
  • Implement structured, repeatable workflows and processes.
  • Support people management initiatives and provide HR guidance to leaders.

About you

  • People-focused communicator who is warm, approachable and confident supporting employees at all levels.
  • High-level administrative and business skills with strong computer literacy.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Experience in multicultural work environments.
  • Relevant qualification in HR (or similar) or demonstrated experience in managing or supporting people/teams.
